立法质量强调立法的科学化、现代化,立法质量的提高是一个国家法治建设的重要环节。延边朝鲜族自治州作为民族自治地方,在立法上存在自己的特色。本文结合延边朝鲜族自治州的实际,得出其立法质量的评价标准。结合评价标准和延边州相关实际,可得出延边州在立法中存在的问题。延边州应通过突出民族特色等措施,提高立法质量,推进社会主义民主法治进程。
The Quality of Legislation Emphasizing the scientific and modern legislation and the improvement of the quality of legislation are the important links in the legal construction of a country. As a national autonomous area, Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture has its own characteristics in legislation. Based on the actual situation in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, this article draws the evaluation standard of its legislative quality. According to the evaluation criteria and the related actualities in Yanbian, we can draw the conclusion that there are some problems in the legislation in Yanbian. Yanbian should improve the quality of legislation and promote the process of socialist democracy and rule of law by highlighting ethnic characteristics and other measures.
