气孔是植物体与外界环境间进行气体交换和水分蒸发的主要通道。观察和测定气孔对研究植物的光合、蒸腾等生理过程有着重要的意义。目前,测定气孔的方法有很多,如撕皮法、印迹法等,但是采用撕皮法测定泡桐苗木叶片的气孔数不但撕皮困难,效果也不理想;应用印迹法同样不能获得满意的效果。因此,我们采用表皮整体制片法测定泡桐苗木叶片的气孔数获得了良好的效果。
Stomata are the main channels for gas exchange and moisture evaporation between plants and the external environment. Observation and determination of stomata are of great significance for studying the physiological processes such as photosynthesis and transpiration of plants. At present, there are many methods for determining stomata, such as torn-skin method and blotting method. However, the number of stomata in leaf of Paulownia seedling is not only difficult to tear, but also the result is not satisfactory. The same effect can not be obtained by using blotting method. Therefore, we used the epidermal whole production method to determine the leaf number of Paulownia seedling leaves has achieved good results.
