[Objective]To study the antioxidant activities of the compound liquids with the extracting solutions of Cordyceps militaris,LUCID GANO-DERMA,LENTINULA,HERICIUM,FOLIUM PERILLAE and FOLIUM GINKGO at different mixture ratios. [Method]The extracting solutions were prepared by microwave method; one,two or three of the extracts from LUCID GANODERMA,LENTINULA,HERICIUM,FOLIUM PERILLAE and FOLIUM GINKGO were mixed with Cordyceps militaris extracts at certain proportions, and then the total reducing power and hydroxyl radical scavenging capacity of the compound liquids were determined and compared with those of single extracting solutions. [Result]The compound liquid with Cordyceps militaris extracting solution (A) ,FOLIUM PERILLAE extracting solution (E) and FOLIUM PERILLAE extracting solution (F) had better antioxidant activity; and the antioxidant activities of other compound liquids all enhanced to different extents compared with the single extracting solutions. [Conclusion]The compound liquids with edible-medicinal fungi extracts and medicinal plants extracts showed higher antioxidant activities, and the antioxidant activities of most compound liquids were better than those of single extracting solutions.
