目的:对健康教育在提升肺炎患儿临床护理有效性中的作用进行分析和探讨。方法:以我院2016年06月-2017年06月期间收治的80例肺炎患儿为研究对象,按照随机双盲原则将患儿分为观察组和对照组两组,两组患儿均接受相同的临床治疗和护理干预,在此基础上,再联合给予观察组患者健康教育,比较两组患儿临床护理有效性。结果:观察组患儿家属疾病知识掌握优良率高于对照组患儿家属(95.00%对比67.50%,P<0.05),患儿止咳时间、住院时间短于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育是提升肺炎患儿临床护理有效性的重要途径,可显著缩短患者止咳时间、住院时间,提高患者临床护理效果,推荐使用。
Objective: To analyze and discuss the role of health education in improving the effectiveness of clinical nursing in children with pneumonia. Methods: Eighty children with pneumonia admitted in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the research object. According to the randomized double-blind principle, the children were divided into observation group and control group, and both groups received The same clinical treatment and nursing intervention, on this basis, and then combined with observation group patients health education, clinical efficacy of the two groups of children were compared. Results: The knowledge rate of family members in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (95.00% vs 67.50%, P <0.05).
