具有凭证效用的电子文件越来越受到社会的关注。本文从技术实现的角度提出了一种能够保障电子文件凭证性的有效方法,从基本原理和实现机制两个方面阐述了该方法的作用机理,并结合北京市数字档案馆原型系统的开发,验证了该方法在电子文件长期保存阶段凭证性保障的效用。
Electronic documents with documentary utility have drawn more and more attention from the society. This paper presents an effective method to ensure the vouchers of electronic documents from the perspective of technology implementation. The mechanism of this method is illustrated from two aspects: the basic principle and the realization mechanism. Combined with the development and verification of Beijing Digital Archives prototype system, The effectiveness of this method in document preservation in the long-term preservation of electronic documents.
