企业职工退休制度的制定关系到企业退休人员的切身利益,在当前“老有所养、病有所医”的社会保障中,发挥了重大的作用。然而在办理过程中依然存在诸多问题。本文结合相关实例,详细阐述了当前我国企业职工在办理退休过程中所存在的档案丢失、女职工管理岗位难确定、年龄认定冲突等方面的问题,并针对性的提出了相应的解决对策。
The formulation of the retirement system for enterprise workers has an important bearing on the immediate interests of the retirees of enterprises and plays an important role in the current social security system of “raising old ones and getting sick ones.” However, there are still many problems in the handling process. Based on the relevant examples, this paper elaborates the current problems of the loss of files, the determination of the management positions of female staff and the conflict of age determination in the process of retirement of the employees in our country, and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
