某采选厂5L-40/8型2~#空压机投入运行四年多来,因高压缸严重过热,故障频繁,影响了生产。 经测试,空压机各部位振动正常;高压缸排出冷却水温度高达57℃,远远超过允许值(40℃);排出冷却水量只有3.9L/min,远小于1~#机;排气阀表面温度134℃,高于同型号、同规格、同厂家的1~#机。初步分析认为,高压缸过热原因可能与冷却水量不足有关。为了进一步验证,我们拆除了两台空压机
