本文采用快速冻融的试验方法,研究了碾压混凝土添加橡胶颗粒后的抗冻性。测定不同橡胶颗粒掺量的碾压混凝土在水中冻融后和同种橡胶颗粒掺量的碾压混凝土在不同冻融介质中冻融后的质量损失和动弹性模量等参数。结果表明:用橡胶颗粒等体积取代5%、10%、15%细骨料的碾压混凝土,在水中冻融表现出良好的抗冻性,冻融过程中的质量损失极小,相对动弹性模量损失随着橡胶掺量增加而降低,损伤同时表现为表层砂浆剥蚀和内部微裂缝发展;与水中冻融相比,橡胶掺量10%的碾压混凝土在质量分数为35%醋酸钾溶液和25%乙二醇溶液中受到的冻融破坏更小,损伤主要在试块表层。
In this paper, fast freezing and thawing test method was used to study the frost resistance of roller compacted concrete after adding rubber particles. The parameters of mass loss and dynamic elastic modulus of roller compacted concrete with different rubber particles after being frozen and thawed in water and the same amount of rubber particles were determined after freeze-thaw cycles in different freeze-thaw media. The results show that the RCC with 5%, 10% and 15% fine aggregates replaced by the same volume of rubber particles showed good frost resistance in freezing and thawing. The mass loss in the process of freezing and thawing was extremely small.
