目的筛选更加有效实用性强的饮水除氟材料。方法通过实验室模拟检测分析,对改性超高分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)微滤膜在用于饮水除氟时,出水流量、含氟浓度对除氟效果的影响,以及使用条件、再生使用等性能进行了研究。结果在有效过滤膜面积为140 cm2,出水流量为3 L/min时,可使60 L含氟浓度为3 mg/L水得到有效净化,而且出水含氟量保持在0.48~0.93 mg/L之间,符合国家生活饮用水卫生标准。微滤膜的动态饱和吸附容量为0.44mg/cm2,反复再生6次后,吸附容量可恢复85%以上。结论改性超高分子质量聚乙烯微滤膜具有除氟效果明显,稳定,使用周期长,使用方便。对于饮水除氟具有较高的使用价值。
