使用时间较长的赣江-12型农用运输车,大部分左边方向打不死;即向左转向时的实际最小转弯半径比标准的最小转弯半径大得多,以至影响了农用运输车的操作性能。对此故障,很多机手和修理工无从下手。经过对我县20多部此类故障车进行系统的检查分析,发现主要有以下几个原因: (1)赣江-12型农用运输车的前轮钢板弹簧是不通用的,使用中板簧断裂后无法买到,由农机厂锻打或用其它板簧改制而成。这样制成的板簧与原配板簧相比,通常是其长度较长,弯曲更甚。钢板悬挂前支承点是固定的,后支承点是铰接式的,当换用更长的板簧后使前轴后移,在其它位置不变的情况下,通过直拉杆使方向盘向左转动一个角度,即造成了左边方向打不死。当一边更换更长的板簧时,前轴与原位置产生一个夹角,同样产生左边方向打不死,但左边板
