电力产品的“先用电、后付费”的营销模式导致企业欠费行为一直困扰着电力企业。本研究在系统分析和深入调研的基础上,构建了基于电力大数据的供电企业客户风险预警体系。该预警体系旨在通过企业用电量的序列分析,动态监控企业的用电异常行为,同时结合当前普遍采用的客户信用评价预警机制有针对性地实施重点监测,以此提高了客户管理效率,提升了电力企业风险预警能力。
