为缩短船舶在港停留时间,提出以船舶在港时间最小为目标的泊位与岸桥协调调度优化方法.对泊位调度与岸桥分配这两个相互关联的问题进行系统分析与集成,基于免疫遗传算法对所建模型进行相应的算法开发.对某港集装箱码头的数值仿真实验表明,泊位与岸桥协调调度比单独调度可更有效提高集装箱码头的装卸效率,减少船舶在港时间.
In order to shorten the time of stay in port, this paper proposes a method to optimize the coordination of berths and quayside with the minimum time in port, and systematically analyzes and integrates the two interrelated problems of berth scheduling and quayside assignment. Based on immune inheritance Algorithm is used to develop the algorithm.A numerical simulation of a container terminal in a port shows that coordinated scheduling of berths and quayside can improve the loading and unloading efficiency of container terminals more effectively and reduce the time of ships in port than scheduling alone.
