通过对小白鼠用药组及对照组,临床用药前后观察氟尿嘧啶对小白鼠肠系膜及人甲襞微循环的影响,发现氟尿嘧啶能扩张微血管、增加渗出及红细胞逸出,使血流减慢、肿瘤组织中药物经血管交换增多,并能造成肿瘤细胞乏氧,增加增敏剂的疗效,增加某些抗癌药的细胞毒性作用。说明氟尿嘧啶在抗癌及影响肿瘤组织微循环的同时也影响正常组织微循环。通过化疗药对微循环影响的研究,有助临床联合用药及多方式治疗,有助于寻找更有效的化疗方案,以减少化疗药对正常组织微循环生理功能的影响。
The effects of 5-Fluorouracil on mesentery and microcirculation of human nail polish in mice were observed before and after clinical treatment. That fluorouracil in cancer and affect the tumor tissue microcirculation also affect the normal tissue microcirculation. Through the study of the effects of chemotherapy drugs on microcirculation, it is helpful for clinical combination therapy and multi-modality therapy to help find more effective chemotherapy regimens and reduce the influence of chemotherapeutic drugs on the physiological functions of the microcirculation of normal tissues.
