随着科学技术的发展,地下采煤的完全自动化越来越趋于实现。美国矿业局为了开发计算机辅助开采技术,正从事于激光制导系统的研究。目前研究的主要课题是连续采煤机在房柱工作面回采过程中的制导。该系统是利用激光收发装置的激光扫描传感器传送反射靶标的角坐标。设置在固定的参照结构上的激光器把一束激光水平扫过安装在连续采煤机体固定位置上的激光反射靶标。微型电子计算机系统处理激光信息,确定机器位置和行进的方向,贮存运算所需数据和控制连续采煤机运行。制导网络的主要部分是激光发收装置的联络中继装置,它包括把激光发收装置的信息转变成适用于微型电子计算机系统的系列数据的计算机硬件部分。微型电子计算机依次把指挥连续采煤机的指令传送给控制采煤机的计算机。
With the development of science and technology, the complete automation of underground coal mining is more and more realized. The U.S. Bureau of Mines is working on laser guidance systems to develop computer-aided mining techniques. The main topic of the current study is the guidance of the continuous shearer during the recovery of the pillar face. The system utilizes the laser scanning sensor of the laser transmitting and receiving device to transmit the angular coordinates of the reflecting target. A laser mounted on a fixed reference structure sweeps a laser beam horizontally across a laser reflective target mounted on a fixed position in a continuous coal body. Micro-computer systems process laser information, determine machine position and travel direction, store data required for operation, and control the operation of a continuous shearer. The main part of the guidance network is the contact relay for the laser light harvesting device which includes the computer hardware portion that transforms the information from the laser light harvesting device into a series of data suitable for use in a miniature computer system. In turn, the microcomputer transmits commands directing the continuous shearer to a computer controlling the shearer.
