近些年,我国对高职高专院校的支持力度正逐步加大,这对于高职高专院校的发展无疑是一个绝对有利的契机。学校发展的主趋势主要还是由学校的教学质量决定,而学校教师教学能力的高低正是决定学校教学质量优劣的关键点。高职高专院校的教学与普通高校教学相比较而言有自己独特的特点存在,本文针对这些特点提出了有关提升高职高专教师教学能力的策略,希望能够为高职高专教师转变旧有思想观念、提升教学能力提供一些指导。
In recent years, China’s support for higher vocational colleges is gradually increasing, which undoubtedly is an absolutely favorable opportunity for the development of higher vocational colleges. The main trend of school development is mainly determined by the quality of teaching in schools. The level of teaching ability of school teachers is the key point that determines the quality of school teaching. The teaching of higher vocational colleges has its own unique characteristics in comparison with that of ordinary colleges and universities. In view of these characteristics, this paper puts forward some strategies to improve the teaching ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges and hopes to change the teaching of higher vocational colleges Old ideas, improve teaching ability to provide some guidance.
