本文对智能传感器作了简要介绍，概述了其特征和发展情况，并用实例说明了实现智能传感器的几种途径．最后对智能传感器技术发展提出了一些看法．
In this paper, the intelligent sensor is briefly introduced, its characteristics and development are summarized, and examples are given to illustrate several ways to realize the intelligent sensor. Finally, some opinions on the development of smart sensor technology are put forward.
