课堂是为学生传授知识、培养能力、解答疑难问题的主要阵地,是学生学习知识、掌握基本技能、创设发散思维、完美情感,使身心得到全面发展的主要场所。因此,作为教师应怎样结合学生的自身情况,利用怎样的教学手段,培养学生能力、提高学生的技能?授之以渔,而不是授之以鱼。学生是课上的主体,教师在课上只起到一个引导的作用,主要教会学生学习的方法。学生只有掌握了学习方法,才能举一反三,才能高效地提高课堂教学效果。本人有以下几点作法: Classroom is the main front for imparting knowledge, cultivating abilities and answering difficult questions for students.
