不久前Savannah电气与电力公司(SEPCO)的Povt WentWovth电站的1号汽轮机一直使这个公司很头痛。该机额定出率为44MW,运行温度为1000FB(538℃),压力为1450磅/英寸~2(101.5公斤/厘米~2)。由于是单缸再热结构的独特设计,显然要引起一系列的问题。这些问题自1958年投运以来经常发生。这些问题是:隔板弯曲,砺磁机联轴器破裂,静子和转子部件轴向摩擦,轴封严重磨损,轴弯曲,高压缸水平接合面泄漏,振动过大。
Not so long ago the No. 1 steam turbine at Savannah Electric and Power Company (SEPCO) Povt WentWovth Power Station has been a headache for the company. The aircraft rated rate of 44MW, operating temperature of 1000FB (538 ℃), the pressure of 1450 pounds / inch ~ 2 (101.5 kg / cm ~ 2). Due to the unique design of a single cylinder reheat structure, it is clear that a number of problems are caused. These problems have been frequent since they were put into operation in 1958. These problems are: bending of the diaphragm, crushing of the magnetic coupling, axial friction of stator and rotor parts, severe wear of the shaft seal, bending of the shaft, leakage of the horizontal joint of the high-pressure cylinder and excessive vibration.
