长计划短安排勤记载我在班主任工作中,很重视工作的计划性,并随时记载工作情况。除订有全期的班务工作计划以外,还有周计划和其他记录表,如班主任工作手册,家庭访问记录表,班主任和科任教师交换意见表,好人好事登记簿.我的周计划表是用来安排每周的具体工作的,每周填一次。如第四周的计划,我在“主要工作内容”一栏上这样写着:1.星期一朝会上选读报员,建立(?)制度;2.星期二开干部会,研究怎样在班上开展评比;3.访问陈×的家庭,并找陈×个别谈话。我平常很注意观察学生,特别是那些在班上表现不好的学生,并把观察的情况详细记下来。如有一天,我发现陈×同学上历史课不专心听讲,我便在“班主任手册”中署名陈×的那一页写着:“最近几天来上课不大专心,总爱在书上乱画,特别是今天上历史课的时候,满手都画上一些人脑壳。不过当老师提问题时还是能积极争取发言.今后应利用她爱画和肯回答问题的优点来教育她,鼓励她改正缺点,并派吴××、夏××经常接近她、帮助她。
