为了解糖尿病患者的心理卫生水平和可能存在的心理问题、利用症状自评量表（SCL—90）对26名糖尿病患者进行测量．与中国成人常模老年前期组比较，结果显示，糖尿病患者SCL─90的总分为121．50±17．91，总均分为1．35±0．20，阳性项目数为21．13±13．09．阳性症状均分为2．53±0．23；糖尿病患者的强迫症状显著高于老年前期组；偏执症状显著低于老年前期组。提示糖尿病患者的心理健康水平在强迫症状上校老年前期低．在偏执症状上较老年前期高，存在以强迫症状为主的心理问题。
To understand the level of mental health and possible psychological problems in diabetic patients, 26 diabetic patients were measured using the SCL-90. Compared with the adult premenopausal group in China, the results showed that the total score of SCL-90 in patients with diabetes was 121.50±17.91, the total average was 1.35±0.20, and the number of positive items was 21.13± 13.09. The positive symptoms were evenly divided into 2.53±0.23; the obsessive-compulsive symptoms in diabetic patients were significantly higher than those in the pre-senile group; paranoia symptoms were significantly lower than those in the pre-senile group. It is suggested that the mental health of diabetics is low in the precocious puberty of obsessive-compulsive symptoms. Paranoid symptoms are higher than the pre-senior age and there are psychological problems that are mainly due to obsessive symptoms.
