工会是现代企业组织结构中重要的组成部分,在市场竞争形势日渐激烈的背景下,工会组织建设与管理的有效性,对企业内部管理效率的提升有直接的影响。与此同时,工会在企业文化建设中也发挥着重要的作用,正确处理工会与企业文化建设的关系,可以有效的促进企业管理活动的健康开展。本文主要针对企业工会与企业文化建设的相关问题进行简单的探讨。
Trade unions are an important part of the organizational structure of modern enterprises. Under the increasingly fierce market competition, the effectiveness of the construction and management of trade union organizations has a direct impact on the efficiency of internal management of enterprises. In the meantime, the trade unions also play an important role in the building of enterprise culture. Correctly handling the relationship between trade unions and the building of enterprise culture can effectively promote the healthy development of the enterprise management activities. This article mainly discusses the issues related to the building of trade unions and corporate culture in enterprises.
