一、前言1981年,我们提出了借鉴计量学中“合理、实用、精确”的三条原则。来考察现行震级标度的历史和现状。并以温度标准的演变为例,探索解决震级标度问题的可能途径。在本文中,我们准备利用测量温度不同区间的划分和震级区间的对比分析,进一步扩充这一思路,以谋求改进震级的测定工作,提高定震级的一致性与精确度。二、国际温标和震级标度的发展对比在图1中用框图表示这两种标度的发展阶段与重要事件进行类比,可以看到震级标度的发展尚处于温标发展的前期水平,也可以看出二者也有不少相似之处,就连温标建立的发展阶段与具体内容也值得改进震级标度作参考。
