本文介绍了在不同工艺条件下制备出比较稳定、重复性好的Y-Ba-Cu氧化物超导体,在液氮温区观察到了零电阻和迈斯纳效应。经R—T和X—T测量表明,多数样品超导起始转变温度T_(onset)>110K,零电阻温度T_(?)≥90K,中点转变温度Tc(mid)可达96K,温度转交宽度△T_(?)(90%~10%值)一般为1~4K。用水、乙醇、丙酮、甲苯等浸泡以及用盐酸、硝酸、CP_(4B)等溶液腐蚀样品后,经R—T测试,结果表明样品在液氮温区没有失去超导性。
In this paper, Y-Ba-Cu oxide superconductors with relatively stable and good repeatability were prepared under different technological conditions. Zero resistance and Meissner effect were observed in the liquid nitrogen temperature region. The R-T and X-T measurements show that the onset temperature of the superconducting of most samples is> 110K, the zero-resistance temperature is T_ (?) ≥90K, and the midpoint transition temperature Tc (mid) Width △ T _ (?) (90% ~ 10% value) is generally 1 ~ 4K. After the sample was soaked in water, ethanol, acetone, toluene and etched with hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, CP_ (4B) and other solutions, the result of R-T showed that the sample did not lose superconductivity in the liquid nitrogen temperature region.
