知识经济的出现催生了一大批高科技企业。高科技企业是一种知识、技术和人才密集,并以追求创新为核心内容的组织。对于高科技企业来说,其发展的动力在于知识创新、技术创新和管理创新,而这种创新的主体是掌握知识和创造知识的知识型员工。因而,如何利用有效的薪酬制度来激励高素质、高智力的人才,发挥其创新潜能,实现战略目标,对于高科技企业的生存和发展至关重要。
The advent of a knowledge-based economy has given birth to a large number of high-tech enterprises. High-tech enterprise is a knowledge, technology and talent-intensive, and the pursuit of innovation as the core content of the organization. For high-tech enterprises, the driving force for its development lies in knowledge innovation, technological innovation and management innovation. The main body of such innovation is knowledge-based employees who master and create knowledge. Therefore, how to use effective remuneration system to motivate high-quality and high-intelligence talents, exert their innovative potentials and achieve strategic goals are crucial to the survival and development of high-tech enterprises.
