现代教育理论认为,儿童无论处在什么环境,他们所度过的每一时刻都是在学习和吸取经验。基于此,香港地区的幼教部门要求全港各类幼稚园在制订和运用活动时间表时,遵循以下四个基本原则: 1.留意动与静的活动搭配。动与静的搭配,既可满足儿童好动的需要,同时也可让他们通过一些较静的活动来调节。幼儿园理想的活动安排应该由动渐渐到静,由静渐渐到动。2.给予独立探讨和社群发展的机会。学前儿童需要群体生活,但合作的能力比较弱,所以应给予他们合作、群处的机会,让他们从中体验和学习待人处事应有的态度。教师可以在活动时间表里安排分组学习和体力游戏之类的活动,同时提供一些既可以独自探讨,又可以小组或团体共同学习的活动中心。儿童可以在这个环境里轻松、愉快地自由走动,也可以独处一隅,玩手里的玩具。
Modern educational theory holds that no matter what environment the children are in, every moment they spend is learning and absorbing experience. Based on this, the preschool education sector in Hong Kong requires all types of kindergartens in Hong Kong to follow the four basic principles in formulating and applying the timetable for their activities: 1.
