阐述了航空大锻件宝状煤气加热炉控温系统的构成和控温模式。该系统选用STD总线工业控制机为主机.采用串级并联限幅控制模式.通过对炉内温度的采集及各温区煤气、空气流量和空/燃比的自动调整,对炉膛面积为9.8m2的煤气加热炉三个温区的温度实现了自动控制.控温精度≤±7℃。
