目的:探讨洁净手术部感染控制管理措施,有效地降低手术部位感染率。方法:回顾2006~2008年在手术室各项感控管理措施;同时对手术中细菌动态变化进行监测。结果:3年中Ⅰ类手术切口感染率逐年在大幅度降低。结论:手术部感染控制关键是建立“全过程控制”概念及制定有效的管理措施。
Objective: To explore the management and control measures of infection in clean surgical department and effectively reduce the infection rate in surgical site. Methods: We reviewed various sensory management measures in the operating room from 2006 to 2008, and monitored the dynamic changes of bacteria during the operation. Results: The infection rate of type Ⅰ surgical incision decreased significantly year by year in three years. Conclusion: The key to infection control in surgical department is to establish the concept of “full process control” and to formulate effective management measures.
