目的　研究紫菀AstertataricusL .f的化学成分。方法　采用色谱技术进行分离纯化 ,根据理化性质和现代波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果　从紫菀根及根茎的丙酮提取物中分离鉴定出 3个蒽醌类化合物 ,分别鉴定为大黄酚 ,大黄素甲醚和大黄素。结论　其中大黄酚 ,大黄素甲醚是首次从菊科植物中分得 Objective To study the chemical composition of Astertataricus L. f. Methods Chromatographic techniques were used for separation and purification. Structural identification was based on physicochemical properties and modern spectroscopic techniques. Results Three terpenoids were isolated and identified from the acetone extracts from the roots and rhizomes of Aster trifoliate. The compounds were identified as chrysophanol, rheoflavone and emodin. Conclusion Among them, chrysophanol and rhubarb monomethyl ether were obtained from the Asteraceae plant for the first time.
