本文测定了饲克山病病区粮 (Se 0.041PPm) 与病区粮加硒 (Se 0.25PPm) 两组仔猪的心肌和肝脏及大白鼠肝脏溶酶体组织蛋白酶D,透明质酸酶活性。病区粮仔猪心肌和肝脏组织蛋白酶D和心肌透明质酸酶的活性显著高于加硒组仔猪,但肝脏透明质酸酶的活性增高不显著。病区粮组大白鼠肝脏组织蛋白酶D的活性亦非常显著高于加硒组大白鼠,但透明质酸酶活性增高不显著。实验结果初步表明病区粮组仔猪和大白鼠心肌和肝脏的两种与蛋白质,粘多糖分解代谢有关的溶酶体酶异常。
In this paper, we measured the lysosomal cathepsin D and hyaluronidase activities in the liver and liver of two groups of piglet (Se 0.041PPm) and selenium (Se 0.25PPm) group. The activity of cathepsin D and myocardial hyaluronidase in myocardial and liver of litter piglets in ward was significantly higher than that in selenium group, but the activity of hyaluronidase in liver was not significantly increased. The activity of cathepsin D in the liver of Wistar rats was also significantly higher than that in selenium-fed rats, but the hyaluronidase activity was not significantly increased. The experimental results preliminarily showed that there were two abnormal lysosomal enzymes associated with proteolysis and mucopolysaccharide catabolism in the heart and liver of ward piglets and rats.
