英语教学已经在我国普及多年,从中小学开始,一直到进入高校或更高层次的进修,都需要参加英语学习,并取得相对水平的成绩。但就是因为有这样一个考核标准作为衡量英语学习质量的天平,这就使得许多英语学习者,甚至英语教育者走进了语言教学的误区——应试教育,而忽略了学习英语的本质目的。每一种语言被学习都是因为交流的需求。毕竟,语言是一种交流工具。所以我们不能忽略了语言学习的本质目的——communacation。英语也是如此。这就更加要求我们语言教育者把语言教学和实践结合起来,一边学习者们更好的学会使用这门语言,而不仅限于应付考试。
English teaching has been popular in our country for many years, starting from primary and secondary schools, and continuing to enter higher education or higher education, all need to participate in English learning and achieve relatively good grades. But because of such a test as a measure of the quality of English learning, this makes many English learners and even English educators into the misunderstanding of language teaching - exam-oriented education, while ignoring the essential purpose of learning English. Every language is learned because of communication needs. After all, language is a communication tool. Therefore, we can not ignore the essential purpose of language learning - communacation. The same is true in English. This further requires us language educators to combine language teaching and practice, while learners better to learn to use the language, not just to cope with the exam.
