[目的]寻求价格低廉的物料代替棉籽壳栽培杏鲍菇,降低杏鲍菇培养料的成本。[方法]以杏鲍菇1218为试验材料,以棉籽壳为主的培养料为对照,采用一定比例的棉柴替代棉籽壳设置不同的培养料配方处理,研究不同棉柴比例对菌丝生长速度和鲜菇产量的影响。[结果]以棉柴40%、棉籽壳40%、麦麸15%、豆饼粉3%、石膏粉1%、石灰粉1%为配方的培养料处理经济效益最高,产投比为2.28。[结论]该研究可为杏鲍菇生产提供新的思路。
[Objective] The research aimed to seek the cheap material to replace the cotton seed shell to cultivate the Pleurotus eryngii and reduce the cost of the Pleurotus eryngii cultivation material. [Method] With Pleurotus eryngii 1218 as tested material and cottonseed shell as main material as control, a certain proportion of cottonseed instead of cottonseed shell was set up with different culture materials to study the effect of different proportion of cottonwood on mycelial growth rate And the impact of fresh mushroom production. [Result] The economic benefit was the highest economic benefit with 40% cottonseed, 40% cotton seed hulls, 15% wheat bran, 3% soybean meal powder, 1% gypsum powder and 1% lime powder. [Conclusion] This study can provide new ideas for the production of Pleurotus eryngii.
