姑山铁矿疏1号竖井涌水量比较大,过去用常规的排水设施排水无能为力,生产很困难。近来,我们采用了200JQA80×7和QY-25(或15)型潜水泵排水,并在排水系统上作了某些改进(附图)。改进后收到了较好的效果。这套排水系统的基本原理是两级排水,掘进工作面放置3~4台QY-25(或15)潜水泵并联作业,将井底涌水导入大铁桶内,然后由安装在大铁桶内的200JQA80×7潜水泵导至地表。
