【目的】探讨不同时期棉花叶片中蛋白质、可溶性糖和花青素含量与绿盲蝽抗性的关系,为深入研究棉花对绿盲蝽的抗性机制及组建绿盲蝽综合治理技术体系提供依据。【方法】以田间筛选出的31个棉花品种(系)为材料,通过网室抗性鉴定和室内测定分析,系统研究了不同棉花品种(系)对绿盲蝽的抗性水平及棉花叶片蛋白质、可溶性糖和花青素含量与绿盲蝽抗性的关系。【结果】不同棉花品种(系)在苗期、蕾期和花铃期叶片中蛋白质、可溶性糖和花青素含量存在差异;苗期棉花叶片中蛋白质含量和蕾期可溶性糖含量均随着棉花对绿盲蝽抗性的增强而降低,蕾期棉花叶片中花青素含量随着棉花对绿盲蝽抗性的增强而增加。【结论】棉花叶片中蛋白质含量和蕾期叶片中可溶性糖含量与绿盲蝽抗性呈负相关,而蕾期棉花叶片中花青素含量与绿盲蝽抗性呈正相关。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between the contents of protein, soluble sugar and anthocyanin in cotton leaves and the resistance of Apolygus lucorum to different stages of cotton leaves. In order to provide a basis for further study on the resistance mechanism of cotton to Apolygus lucorum and the integrated management system of Apolygus lucorum . 【Method】 Thirty-one cotton cultivars (lines) screened from the field were used as materials. The resistance of different cotton cultivars (lines) to Apolygus lucorus and the leaf protein content of cotton , Soluble sugar and anthocyanin content and Lygus resistance. 【Result】 The contents of protein, soluble sugar and anthocyanin in different cotton cultivars (lines) at seedling stage, bud stage and flower-boll stage were different. The contents of protein and bud soluble sugar in leaves of cotton at seedling stage were significantly different with those of cotton The resistance of Apolygus lucorula was enhanced and decreased. The anthocyanin content of cotton leaves at bud stage increased with the increase of cotton resistance to Apolygus lucorum. 【Conclusion】 There was a negative correlation between the content of protein and the content of soluble sugar in leaves and the resistance of Apolygus lucorum in cotton leaves, while the anthocyanin content in cotton leaves at budding stage was positively correlated with the resistance of Apolygus lucorum.
