目的 了解住院老年HIV/AIDS患者预立医疗照护计划(ACP)的接受程度,并探索其影响因素.方法 采用便利抽样法抽取住院老年HIV/AIDS患者113例作为调查对象.采用自行设计的一般资料问卷、老年人死亡态度量表、领悟社会支持量表、ACP接受度问卷对其进行调查.采用多元回归分析探索其对ACP接受度的重要影响因素.结果 老年HIV/AIDS患者ACP接受度总分为(56.22±8.35)分;老年HIV/AIDS患者死亡恐惧与焦虑(r=-0.598,P＜0.01)、死亡逃避(r=0.837,P＜0.01)与A

目的 了解住院老年HIV/AIDS患者预立医疗照护计划(ACP)的接受程度,并探索其影响因素.方法 采用便利抽样法抽取住院老年HIV/AIDS患者113例作为调查对象.采用自行设计的一般资料问卷、老年人死亡态度量表、领悟社会支持量表、ACP接受度问卷对其进行调查.采用多元回归分析探索其对ACP接受度的重要影响因素.结果 老年HIV/AIDS患者ACP接受度总分为(56.22±8.35)分;老年HIV/AIDS患者死亡恐惧与焦虑(r=-0.598,P＜0.01)、死亡逃避(r=0.837,P＜0.01)与ACP接受度均呈负相关,领悟社会支持及其各维度(r=0.637～0.838,P均＜0.01)、自然接受(r=0.926,P＜0.01)与ACP接受度呈正相关.多元回归分析显示,死亡态度中的自然接受与死亡逃避、领悟社会支持中的家庭支持与朋友支持是影响该群体ACP接受度的重要因素.结论 老年HIV/AIDS患者ACP接受度呈中等水平,其死亡恐惧与焦虑情绪、死亡逃避情绪及社会相关支持是影响这一水平的关键因素.
