编者按:中国的名酒品牌众多,但每一种酒,都有自己的发展经历,每一种经历,就是一段动人的故事。作为商业酒柜台的营业员,对各种名酒的起源、具有特色的酿造方法、有关的历史传说、在各个时期国际、国内的获奖情况都应该有一个系统的了解。只有了解了这些酒知识,才可能对顾客的提问对答如流,甚至可以通过向顾客介绍各种酒的历史传说、获奖情况,使顾客也陶醉在这种酒的文化氛围中,欲罢不能。为了使酒柜台营业员能对各种名酒有一个系统的了解,我们将每期介绍一至两种名酒的起源、酿造特色、历史典故及获奖情况,以增加营业员酒商品的知识。
Editor’s note: China has a large number of famous wine brands, but every wine has its own development experience. Each experience is a touching story. As a commercial wine counter salesperson, there should be a systematic understanding of the origins of various famous wines, distinctive brewing methods, relevant historical legends, and international and domestic awards at various times. Only by understanding these wine knowledge can it be possible to reply to customers’ questions in an irresponsible manner. It is even possible to introduce customers to the historical legends and awards of various wines so that customers can enjoy themselves in the culture of this wine. In order to enable the wine counter salesperson to have a systematic understanding of various famous wines, we will introduce the origin, brewing characteristics, historical allusions and awards of one or two famous wines in each issue to increase the knowledge of salespersons’ wine products.
