原发性干燥综合征的神经系统合并症国内报道尚少,1988年12月我科收治1例干燥综合征并发脑出血,现报告如下。患者女性,42岁。8年前开始感口干,咽喉干燥,吞咽干硬食物困难,需开水送下,声音嘶哑。2年前又出现两眼干涩无泪,皮肤干燥。1988年12月8日因喉咙干燥,发音呼吸困难,口干无法吞咽食物仅能喝开水 Primary Sjogren’s syndrome of nervous system complications reported in China is still small, in December 1988 our department admitted to Sjogren’s syndrome complicated by cerebral hemorrhage, are as follows.
