给10周龄自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)口服卡托普利(CAP)10周后,采用MTT法检测其主动脉平滑肌细胞(SMC)在体外培养环境中的增殖能力,同时用放射免疫法测定培养的SMC内血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)浓度。结果表明:长期口服CAP能抑制SHR动脉SMC的增殖能力,且该作用与细胞内Ang Ⅱ含量无关。
After 10-week-old spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) were treated with captopril (CAP) for 10 weeks, the proliferative ability of aortic smooth muscle cells (SMCs) in vitro was detected by MTT assay and radioimmunoassay Method to determine the concentration of angiotensin Ⅱ (AngⅡ) in cultured SMC. The results showed that long-term oral administration of CAP inhibited the proliferation of SHC arterial SMC, and the effect was not related to the level of intracellular Ang Ⅱ.
