目的 探讨超氧化物歧化酶 (superoxideDismutase,SOD)和大剂量地塞米松 (highdoseDexamethasone ,HDD)对视网膜冲击伤的防治作用。 方法 应用BST -Ⅲ型生物激波管致伤兔眼 ,建立视网膜冲击伤动物模型 ,家兔 18只 ,随机分为致伤组 (等渗盐水对照 )、SOD治疗组 ( 6 0 0 0U d)、HDD治疗组 ( 6mg kg) ,每组 6只。采用SOD及HDD进行分组对照治疗。 结果 SOD及HDD治疗组伤后视网膜出血和渗出明显减少 ,光、电镜视网膜组织病理改变减轻 ,视网膜电图a、b波波幅恢复时间缩短。 结论 SOD及HDD对兔视网膜冲击伤有显著防治作用
Objective To investigate the preventive and therapeutic effects of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and high dose dexamethasone (HDD) on retinal wounds. Methods Rabbit eyes were injured by BST-Ⅲ biotensile tube. Eighteen rabbits were randomly divided into injured group (isotonic saline control), SOD treated group (600u d) , HDD treatment group (6 mg kg), 6 rats in each group. Using SOD and HDD for group control treatment. Results The retinal hemorrhage and exudation in the SOD and HDD treated groups were significantly reduced, the histopathological changes of the retina in the light and electron microscopes were alleviated, and the recovery time of amplitude of a and b wave in the electroretinogram was shortened. Conclusion SOD and HDD have significant preventive and therapeutic effects on retinal shock injury in rabbits
