１９９４年７月永城矿务局将一套沉睡７年之久的综采设备，经过检修调试，历时一个半月在井下安装试车一次成功，当月生产原煤３万ｔ，当年创下月产５．４万ｔ好成绩。１９９５年３月再创月产７．３万ｔ，为该局综采上马以来的最好水平。文章介绍了在设备检修、井下安装和试生产阶段采取的组织管理和技术措施。
In July 1994, Yongcheng Mining Bureau put a set of 7-year-old fully mechanized mining equipment that had fallen asleep for seven years. After overhauling and debugging, it took a month and a half to install and test the vehicle in the well for a successful trial. At that time, it produced 30,000 tons of raw coal a month and hit a monthly production of 5.4 Ten thousand t good grades. In March 1995, an additional monthly production of 73,000 t was produced, which is the best level since the launch of the Bureau’s fully mechanized mining. This article introduces the organization management and technical measures taken during the period of equipment maintenance, downhole installation and trial production.
