本文研究了小鼠脾淋巴细胞经ConA刺激后,其蛋白质合成的变化。实验结果表明:总蛋白质的合成,在淋巴细胞活化初期(开始1—2小时)并无明显改变,而在活化后4—20小时则明显增高。~3H-亮氨酸参入试验,当总蛋白尚无明显变化时,某些核糖体相关蛋白质却有明显增加,~3H-亮氨酸参入核糖体和核糖体后上清液的蛋白质则无明显变化。本文还 就优先合成的部分蛋白质的性质和与淋巴细胞起始因子的可能联系进行了讨论。
In this paper, the changes of the protein synthesis of mouse splenic lymphocytes stimulated by ConA were studied.
