本文观察的材料为成人尸体84具(男65,女19)。在78例标本中,有3.85%胃左静脉(冠状静脉)缺如,其余的以汇入门静脉为主(60%),其次是汇入脾静脉(30.67%)和门脾静脉夹角处(9.33%)。46例标本中,胃左静脉在网膜囊后方行向右下时,以越过脾动脉前方者(52.17%),或越过肝总动脉的前、后或上方者(43.48%)为主。外科干的下界恒定为回结肠静脉汇入处;上界变化较大:(1)可为Henle氏干,或Henle氏干与其他静脉的合干;(2)可为右结肠静脉或右结肠静脉与其他静脉的合干;(3)也可以是胃网膜右静脉。测量了外科干的长度和中点处的外径。观察了外科干的毗邻。本文所观察的外科干,有90%可进行肠腔静脉端侧分流术。 右结肠静脉与回结肠静脉之间恒定地存在吻合。80%的第1空肠静脉收纳胰和十二指肠升部的静脉血。第1、2空肠静脉之间也有吻合。上述吻合对肠腔静脉端侧分流术,提供了较好的侧支循环通路。
The material observed in this paper is 84 adult male (male 65, female 19). Among the 78 specimens, 3.85% of gastric left venous (coronary vein) were absent. The rest were mainly portal vein (60%), followed by splenic vein (30.67%) and splenic vein at the angle 9.33%). Of the 46 specimens, the left gastric venous line was inferior to the posterior portion of the omental capsule in the front of the splenic artery (52.17%) or the anterior, posterior or superior hepatic artery (43.48%). Between the first and second jejunal veins also have anastomosis. The anastomosis on the end of the intestinal venous shunt, provides a better collateral circulation.
