本文报道了1986年疏附县帕合太克里乡疟疾流行病学调查结果。其血检率(ABER)为3.42%,血片阳性率(SPR)37.8%,带虫发病率(API)12.91‰。,脾肿率1.33%,AES为2.125,稳定性指数为0.43,表明该地是以间日疟为主的非稳定性低疟区。本次暴发可能为外地传染源输入而诱起。长潜伏期间日疟病例占58.65%。发病呈双峰型,人群普遍易感,男性多于女性,发病呈点状分布。于5月和8月份用IFA试验测定人群抗体水平分别为20.6%和23.6 %,GMRT为56.8和61.3,与发病情况相一致。萨氏按蚊为优势种占99.73%,季节消长有两个高峰,成虫分别在7月中旬和8月中旬,幼虫为7月上旬和8月上旬,活动季节为5个月,午夜(4~5点)前活动频繁,天亮前又有明显回升。该蚊为人畜血兼吸的近家栖蚊种。媒介能量为0.13~7.05。
This article reports the results of a survey of malaria epidemiology in Phet Taikli Township, Shufu County, 1986. The rate of blood test (ABER) was 3.42%, the positive rate of bloodstain (SPR) was 37.8%, and the incidence of parasitism (API) was 12.91 ‰. , The splenomegaly rate was 1.33%, the AES was 2.125 and the stability index was 0.43, which indicated that the area was a non-stable low malaria area with predominantly P. vivax. The outbreak may be caused by the input of foreign sources. During the long incubation period, V. malaria accounted for 58.65%. The incidence was bimodal, the general population susceptible, more men than women, the incidence was dot-like distribution. Antibody levels were 20.6% and 23.6%, respectively, in IFA tests in May and August, with GMRTs of 56.8 and 61.3, consistent with the incidence. Anopheles salamannii accounted for 99.73% of the dominant species, with two peaks in the growth and decline season. The adults were in mid-July and mid-August respectively. The larvae were in early July and early August, with active season of 5 months and midnight (4 ~ 5 o’clock) frequent activities before dawn there was a clear rebound. The mosquito is both human and animal blood absorption and inhalation of near-home species of mosquitoes. The medium energy is 0.13 ~ 7.05.
