目的观察清燥养阴方对新疆地区手足口病患儿的临床疗效及对体液免疫学指标的作用。方法将80例手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例,治疗组采用清燥养阴方,每天1剂,3岁以下婴幼儿剂量减半多次服用;对照组口服阿昔洛韦片,每次20mg/kg,每日4次。两组均治疗5天后比较痊愈率、总有效率,测定治疗前后患儿免疫球蛋白及补体水平。结果治疗组痊愈率为72.5%高于对照组的40.0%(P<0.01),治疗组总有效率为92.5%高于对照组的70.0%(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后免疫球蛋白IgG和IgM水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),并且治疗后组间比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。两组患儿治疗后IgA水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.01),但治疗后组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。补体C3、C4水平,两组治疗前后组内比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后组间比较亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论清燥养阴方对新疆地区手足口病患儿治疗效果肯定,可以改善患儿的免疫功能。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingzao Yangyin Recipe in children with hand-foot-mouth disease in Xinjiang and its effect on humoral immunological parameters. Methods 80 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The treatment group took Qingzao Yangyin Prescription, one day a day, infants under 3 years old dose reduced by half and took many times; the control group oral Acyclovir tablets, each 20mg / kg, 4 times a day. After five days of treatment, the cure rate and the total effective rate of both groups were compared, and the levels of immunoglobulin and complement in children before and after treatment were measured. Results The cure rate in the treatment group was 72.5% higher than that in the control group (40.0%, P <0.01). The total effective rate was 92.5% in the treatment group and 70.0% in the control group (P <0.05). The levels of immunoglobulin IgG and IgM in both groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment (P <0.01), and the differences between the two groups were also statistically significant (P <0.05 or P <0.01). IgA levels in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.01), but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P> 0.05). Complement C3, C4 levels, the two groups before and after treatment were not statistically significant (P> 0.05); two groups after treatment was no significant difference between groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions Qingzao Yangyin Prescription has positive therapeutic effect on children with HFMD in Xinjiang, which can improve children’s immune function.
