电力电子设备的大量应用,使得非线性、冲击性负荷等特殊负荷给电网带来的电能质量问题日益突出,建立有效的特殊负荷电能质量管理体系对保证电网电能质量具有重要意义。对特殊负荷电能质量管理工作进行了研究,指出管理过程中的关键要素包括管理制度和管理流程2个方面。对电能质量监测、评估与治理这3项管理中的核心内容进行了探讨。研究结果可为电网公司制定特殊负荷电能质量管理规定提供一定的依据。
Due to the large number of applications of power electronic equipment, power quality problems caused by special loads such as non-linear and impact loads have become increasingly prominent. The establishment of an effective power management system with special loads is of great significance to ensure the power quality of the power grid. The research on the management of special load power quality is carried out, and the key elements in the management process are pointed out as two aspects: the management system and the management process. The core contents of the three management of power quality monitoring, assessment and governance are discussed. The results of the study can provide some basis for the grid company to formulate the regulations of special load power quality.
