本工作以兎为实驗对象,在結扎胰导管后1—60日等不同日期,进行急性实驗,电刺激腹、背侧膈下迷走神經外周端,观察血浆自由脂肪酸濃度和胰腺組織学及組織化学的变化。結果如下: 刺激未結扎胰导管兎的膈下迷走神經外周端,血浆自由脂肪酸濃度表現为升高反应。結扎胰导管后不同日期刺激迷走神經,則反应形式发生了明显的阶段性变化:在結扎的初期(1、2日),除升高反应外,有的还表現有降低反应;随着結扎日期的延长(3—21日),仅偶尔出現升高反应,而多数則表現为波动及降低反应;在結扎胰导管3周后(23—60日),全部表現为降低反应。 組織学和組織化学檢查显示:結扎胰导管后,胰腺腺泡細胞逐漸破坏,至3周左右,一般都已消失,代之以增生的結締組織。腺泡細胞內脂肪酶于結扎后1、2日內仍呈阳性反应,而于3日后郎呈阴性反应。导管系統在結扎后卽行扩張,小导管壁硷性磷酸酶在結扎后60日內均呈阳性反应。胰島細胞在結扎胰导管2月內仍正常。根据以上結果,似可推想,兴奋迷走神經有使血浆自由脂肪酸濃度升高和降低的两种作用。在不結扎胰导管情况下,刺激迷走神經所引起血浆自由脂肪酸濃度的升高反应,可能是由于升高作用占优势;結扎胰导管后,在胰腺腺泡細胞逐漸萎縮的情况下,升高作用逐渐消失,从而使降低作用占优势。但有关的詳細机制,尚有待于进一步深入研究。

Histology and histochemical examination showed that: pancreatic acinar cells gradually destroyed after ligation of the pancreatic duct, and generally disappeared to about 3 weeks, replaced by hyperplastic connective tissue. Acinar cell lipase within 1, 2 days after the ligation was still positive, and on the 3rd Lang was negative. Catheter system dilatation after ligation, small duct wall alkaline phosphatase were positive within 60 days after ligation. Islet cells remain normal within 2 months of ligation of the pancreatic duct. Based on the above results, it seems plausible that the excited vagus nerve has two roles of increasing and decreasing plasma free fatty acid concentration. In the case of non-ligation of the pancreatic duct, stimulation of the vagus nerve caused by plasma free fatty acid concentration increased reaction may be due to the role of the rise; ligation of the pancreatic duct, pancreatic acinar cells in the gradual atrophy cases, gradually increased role Disappear, so that the reducing effect is dominant. However, the detailed mechanism concerned still needs further study.
