在低渗砂岩油田中高含水开发期,找水、堵水及中低渗透层选压改造,是油田调整挖潜的重要内容。胜利油田经过30多年的开发,许多区块中低渗透层已进入中高含水期。文中从理论研究、室内实验以及现场实施工艺等方面对怎样适应高含水期油田的压裂液及其添加剂、限流压裂工艺和裂缝高度控制等几个重点问题,进行了系统总结。特别是限流压裂设计软件与多层压裂流量分配理论以及模拟三维裂缝几何模型的有机结合,使限流压裂工艺水平上了一个大台阶。
In low permeability sandstone oilfield during high water cut, it is an important part of oil field to adjust and tap potentials to find water, block water and select medium and low permeability layers. Shengli Oilfield after 30 years of development, many blocks of low permeability layer has entered the high water cut. This paper summarizes several key issues such as how to adapt fracturing fluid and its additives, flow-limiting fracturing technology and crack height control in high-water-cut oilfield from the aspects of theoretical research, laboratory experiment and on-site implementation process. In particular, the combination of the current-limited fracturing design software with the theory of multi-fracturing flow distribution and the simulation of three-dimensional fracture geometry makes the current-limited fracturing process a big step forward.
