针对中国出口企业频繁的反倾销调查,给中国出口企业造成了重大的经济损失,甚至严重影响了中国出口企业的生存与发展,同时也给中国社会带来了巨大的压力。在这股贸易保护主义的反倾销浪潮中,截至2006年,中国出口产品已经遭到500多起反倾销调查,涉及中国13000多家企业,4000多种产品,受影响的出口贸易达170多亿美元,导致四五十万人潜在失业,严重影响了我国出口企业对外贸易和我国经济的发展。
The frequent anti-dumping investigations against Chinese exporters have caused significant economic losses to Chinese exporters and have even seriously affected the survival and development of Chinese exporters. At the same time, they have also brought tremendous pressure to Chinese society. In this anti-dumping wave of trade protectionism, as of 2006, China’s exports have been subjected to more than 500 anti-dumping investigations involving over 13,000 Chinese enterprises and over 4,000 kinds of products. The affected export trade has reached over 17 billion U.S. dollars, Leading to the potential unemployment of 450,000 people and seriously affecting the foreign trade of China’s export enterprises and the economic development of our country.
