全面预算管理在企业内部控制活动中的重要性日益凸显。企业开展全面预算管理工作,能够有效地促进其提高资源的利用效率,便于管理者的监管和调控。企业有必要加强全面预算管理,动员全员参与到预算管理活动中。但当前,企业全面预算管理工作仍存在急需解决的问题。本文对造成问题的原因进行了相应的分析,并针对企业全面预算管理效率提升提出了一些可供参考的建议和措施。
