现代人力资源管理是一个科学的体系。S-O-3P模式的全称为战略—组织结构—职位分析、绩效管理和薪酬设计,战略(stratagem)是这个体系的灵魂;组织(organize)是这个体系的构架和舞台;职位(Position)分析与职位评价、绩效(Performance)管理、薪酬(Payment)设计及管理则是这个体系的核心技术。以S-O-3P模式为原则的薪酬设计要求医院的管理者从医院的战略和可持续性发展的高度来考虑薪酬的管理问题,通过以公平性为基调,引入有效的操作流程,并伴以合理的绩效管理工具,从而达到管理者所需的初衷,需要指出的是,薪酬的设计与管理并非一劳永逸的工作,它需要针对环境的变化适时做出调整。
Modern human resources management is a scientific system. The SO-3P model’s full name is strategy-organizational structure-position analysis, performance management, and compensation design. Stratagem is the soul of the system; organization is the framework and stage of the system; Position analysis and positions Evaluation, performance management, pay design and management are the core technologies of this system. The salary design based on the SO-3P model requires hospital administrators to consider the management of salaries from the perspective of hospital strategy and sustainable development, and to introduce effective operational procedures and accompanied by reasonableness based on fairness. The performance management tools to achieve the original intention of managers need to point out that the design and management of compensation is not a one-time work, it needs to make timely adjustments in response to changes in the environment.
