1.本病的临床诊断特点及依据临床诊断:中枢神经系统白血病.临床特点及依据:①视物模糊,复视及右眼睑下垂,下肢肌无力.②查体:左睑裂小于右侧,听力下降,左侧鼻唇沟变浅,胸骨、胫骨均有明显压痛,肝肋下1.5cm,双下肢活动受限,感觉正常,病理反射阴性.③实验检查:血红蛋白84g/L,白细胞3.8×10~9/L,分类见有幼稚细胞,脑脊液内找到幼稚淋巴细胞;骨髓象示:白细胞系统明显增生活跃.
